We have a 7-day refund policy starting from the transaction date of your purchase for all video courses, PLR video courses and MRR video courses on Uthena.

Before requesting a refund, please contact us, so we have a chance to fix any issue to your satisfaction.

If you feel that you still need a refund, you can contact us within 7 days of your purchase indicating clearly the order number you wish refunded, and we will be happy to issue your refund. 

When your refund is issued, you will be unenrolled from the course(s), bundle(s) and bonuses you received, your PLR/MRR license(s) revoked, and we request that you delete any file downloaded, and any copy of the PLR/MRR license issued.
