With over 40 years of experience across the public and private sectors—including 20 years at an international level—I specialize in public policy, financial and operational processes, and organizational development for governments and global institutions. My expertise lies in capacity building, particularly in the health sector and international aid projects.

Starting my career as a Chartered Public Accountant and Auditor, I developed a deep understanding of financial systems, change management, and governance. I have successfully led initiatives to improve budgeting, enhance transparency, standardize procedures, and implement performance-based HR systems.

Beyond my consultancy work, I am a certified coach and writer, passionate about leadership and organizational transformation.

My academic background includes an MSc in Public Policy and Management (University of London), an MBA in Economics and Politics (Aix-Marseille University & Sciences Po France), and degrees in Psychology and Transpersonal Psychology. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Transpersonal and Somatic Psychology at CIIS (US).
