We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, you have 7 days to cancel the order. Cancellations after this time we can not process.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us over email at info@uthena.com with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Our Lifetime Access gives you access to the course. You do not get rights to alter or sell the courses yourself. You get access through our e-learning platform where you will be able to follow the course.

Lifetime stands for as long as that the course is available on our platform.

A PLR - Private Label Rights - license gives you the opportunity to change the course to your needs, modify adapt it and make it a part of your own business. Best thing about it is that you get all the income you earn from it!

Master Resell Rights give you the option to sell the course, and resell the rights to it again.

For most people the PLR license will be sufficient for their own needs; however if you need it - an MRR license can be great.

For regular access, you will receive after purchase an e-mail to set up your own account at our e-learning portal. There you will find your course with all the materials & video's for you to follow.

If you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam first. If after 10 minutes you have not received it, send us an email at info@uthena.com

If you buy a PLR/MRR license, you will receive both the access to the course, as well as a download link to download all the files related to it. Next to this, you will receive a license stating your details.

You will receive after the order:

• Access to our e-learning portal
• Download link for the source files
• PDF License with your details

Please allow us up to 48hrs to process your download link and license.

We love getting more instructors on Uthena, so you are welcome to join.

We do have a few requirements in place:

• Your course consists of high-quality video's and materials
• You are the rightful owner of the course and can prove this
• You are allowing us to sell your course with PLR rights and are aware what these are.

We pay 60% of the net revenue to our instructors. If you're course is part of a bundle, the revenue is equally divided over the courses in there. So if there are 10 courses, and you have one of them in there - you will receive 10% of the sales price.
