About Uthena
Uthena is a marketplace for online video courses that come with resale rights. Instructors publish finished courses here. Coaches, agencies and online store owners license them, put their own brand on them and sell them as their own.
What we do
A good video course takes weeks of scripting, filming and editing. We turn that into a purchase. Every course on Uthena is a complete video course, and almost all of them can be bought with a PLR or MRR license: you may rename it, edit it, translate it and sell it at your own price. The income is yours.
Courses cover business, marketing, AI, programming, personal development, health and more. Related courses are also sold together as bundles, with a PLR license on every course inside.

What the license means
- Personal
- Lifetime access to the course in your Uthena account. You may follow the course; you may not alter or sell it.
- PLR Private Label Rights
- The course plus its PLR package: the course files, sales copy and extras, and a license key. You may rename, edit and translate the course and sell it as your own.
- MRR Master Resell Rights
- Everything PLR gives you, plus the right to let your buyers resell the course.
No license allows selling a course on Uthena, Soofos, Udemy, Skillshare or any other course marketplace you don't own and control, or giving it away for free. The exact rights for each license, line by line, are in the License terms.
How instructors are paid
Every course on Uthena belongs to the instructor who made it. Instructors keep the copyright, set their own price between $1 and $10,000, and earn 60% of the net revenue on every sale of their course, whichever license the buyer chooses.
Royalties are paid via PayPal on a net-45 schedule: royalties from January sales become available on March 15. When a course is part of a bundle, the bundle revenue is shared between the courses in it.
