How do I return a course?
Within 7 days of your purchase you can request a refund for any course, bundle or license. Go to My account → Orders, open the order and choose Request a refund: it opens this contact form with the order filled in. Requests by email or other channels are not accepted.
When your refund is issued:
- You will be unenrolled from the course(s), bundle(s), and bonuses you received.
- Any PLR/MRR license(s) will be revoked.
- You are required to delete all downloaded files and any copy of the PLR/MRR license issued.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your refund is approved, it is processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show it.
