At Uthena, all of our products are digital downloads and online course licenses. Nothing is shipped: your purchase is in your Uthena account as soon as the payment succeeds.
Digital delivery
- After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital product(s) in your Uthena account. Log in with the email address you used at checkout; if you are new to Uthena, we email you a link to set your password.
- Your courses are in My account → Library, where you can follow every lesson online.
- With a PLR or MRR license (and with every bundle), you can also download the PLR package — the course files, sales copy and any extras — from your account, and your license key is shown in your order confirmation email and in your account.
- An order confirmation email with access instructions will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
- In most cases, delivery is instant. If you do not receive your product within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
- If your delivery is not received within 1 hour, please contact our support team so that we can process the order manually. You will receive the files within 2 working days.
How long your downloads stay available
- We guarantee that the downloadable files of a product (for example the PLR package and lesson materials) are available in your account for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Please download your files within those 12 months and keep your own backup. Doing so is your responsibility.
- After 12 months you can usually still download the files for as long as the product is available on our website, but we do not guarantee this and we cannot re-send files that are no longer available.

Check your files before you open them
- The files you download are created and uploaded by the independent instructors who sell their courses on Uthena. We review courses before they go live, but we cannot fully check every file and we do not guarantee that a file is free of viruses or other harmful code.
- It is your own responsibility to scan every file with up-to-date security software before you open, extract or run it, and to take extra care with programs, scripts, documents with macros and compressed archives.
- You download and open files at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uthena is not liable for any damage to your devices, software or data, or any other loss, caused by a downloaded file.
- Found a file that looks unsafe? Do not open it again and let us know at info@uthena.com. See “Files and security” in our Terms and conditions.
Bank transfer
If you pay by bank transfer, your order is delivered as soon as we confirm the payment, usually within 1–2 business days. Use your order number as the payment reference. An order that remains unpaid for 14 days is cancelled automatically.
No physical shipping
- We do not ship any physical goods.
- Since our products are digital, there are no shipping or handling costs.
International availability
- Our digital downloads and licenses are available worldwide.
- All orders are fulfilled electronically, so you can access your purchase from anywhere.
