Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 7 days of your purchase: request a refund from your Uthena account. After 7 days an order can no longer be cancelled.
The refund policy explains how refunds work.
What if I want to speak to someone?
Email info@uthena.com, or support@uthena.com about an order, or use the contact form. We reply within two business days.
Which licenses does a course offer?
Each course page lists the licenses the course is sold with and the price of each. Almost every course can be bought with PLR, many also with MRR; a product sold for personal use only says so on its card. Bundles are sold with PLR on every course inside.
What are the different licenses?
- Lifetime Access Personal
Our Lifetime Access lets you watch the course, learn from it and track your progress in your Uthena account, and download the lesson materials for your own use. You do not get rights to alter or sell the course yourself.
Lifetime means for as long as the course is available on Uthena.
- PLR License Private Label Rights
A PLR (Private Label Rights) license lets you change the course to your needs, modify and adapt it, and make it part of your own business. You keep all the income you earn from it.
- MRR License Master Resell Rights
Master Resell Rights give you the option to sell the course, and resell the rights to it again.
For most buyers a PLR license is enough. Choose MRR if you want your own buyers to be able to resell the course.
- Whitelabel or Private Label?
With Private Label Rights you can modify the content. With Whitelabel you can only sell it as your own, unchanged.

Access and downloads
How do I follow a course?
Your course is in your Uthena account as soon as your payment is complete. Log in with the email address you ordered with, and you will find the course with all its videos and materials.
Can’t find it? Email support@uthena.com with your order number.
What do I receive with a PLR or MRR license?
You get both access to the course and the files to make it your own:
- Access to the course in your Uthena account
- The PLR package to download: the course files, sales copy and any extras
- A license key, shown in your order confirmation email and in your account
What do I get with a bundle?
A bundle gives you a PLR license on every course inside it: access, the PLR package and a license key for each course.
How long can I download my files?
We guarantee your downloads (the PLR package and lesson materials) for 12 months from the date of purchase. Download them in that time and keep your own backup. After 12 months you can usually still download them while the product is on Uthena, but we cannot guarantee it. Your license itself does not expire. See the Terms and conditions.
Are the downloaded files safe?
The files come from the instructors who sell on Uthena. We review every course before it goes live, but we cannot fully check every file, so scan each download with up-to-date security software before you open it. Found something suspicious? Email info@uthena.com. See Files and security.

Can I join Uthena?
Yes. Sign-up is free and your instructor studio opens straight away. Every course is reviewed before it goes live, and we ask that:
- Your course consists of high-quality videos and materials
- You own the course and can prove it
- You offer it with a PLR license and know what PLR buyers may do with it
How much do I receive?
Instructors earn 60% of the net revenue on every sale of their course, paid monthly. If your course is part of a bundle, the bundle revenue is shared between the courses in it; the Instructor Terms explain how.
