We do not sell or share your personal information
Uthena does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, as those terms are defined in applicable privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We use no advertising cookies or tracking pixels. There is therefore nothing you need to opt out of; if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as confirming this choice.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and WooCommerce order attribution) are only used if you click Accept analytics in our cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. See the Cookie policy.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You will still receive emails about your account and your orders.
Access, correction and deletion
You can see and correct your account details in My account → Account details. To request a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, use the contact form or email info@uthena.com. We may need to verify your identity first. Orders and invoices are kept for 7 years because tax law requires it; the rest of your data is deleted or anonymized.
