What is Uthena?
Uthena is a marketplace for online video courses that come with resale rights. Instructors publish their courses here; coaches, agencies and store owners license them, put their own brand on them and sell them.
What is the difference between PLR and MRR?
With a PLR (Private Label Rights) license you may rename, edit and translate the course and sell it as your own. An MRR (Master Resell Rights) license gives you the same rights, plus the right to let your buyers resell the course. For most buyers PLR is enough.
What do I get with a PLR license?
Access to the course in your Uthena account, the PLR package to download (the course files, sales copy and any extras the instructor supplied) and a license key. It is all in your account as soon as your payment is complete.
Where may I sell the courses?
On your own website, store or paid membership site, on their own, in a bundle or as a bonus. You may not sell or use them on Uthena, Soofos, Udemy, Skillshare or any other course marketplace you don't own and control, or on YouTube and other free video sites, and you may not give them away for free.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day refund policy. You can request a refund after removing any downloaded files. The refund policy has the details.
How much do instructors earn?
Instructors earn 60% of the net revenue on every sale of their course, paid monthly. How often a course sells depends on its topic, price and promotion. Sell on Uthena explains how it works.
