Who buys your course
Uthena buyers license courses to sell them in their own business. Each license reaches a different buyer, and each one pays you.

Coaches, agencies and course sellers who put their own name on your course, adapt it and sell it as their product. They receive the course files, the sales copy and a license key.
- MRRMaster Resell Rights · optional
Resellers who get everything in PLR plus the right to resell those rights. The premium license: on the current catalog MRR usually costs around three times the PLR price.

Sign up
Name, email and a password: your instructor account and studio open straight away. There is no application to wait for; we review each course before it goes live.

Build your course in the studio
Drop your course folder or a .zip and we build the curriculum: folders become chapters, files become lessons, and you check it before anything is created. Selling an e-book, a presentation or a worksheet pack instead? Pick that product type and upload the files. Then a wizard with one step per screen takes you through basics, files, pricing and review. Lesson videos of up to 8 GB each, a course package of up to 20 GB; the studio checks that nothing is missing before you submit.

Set your Personal, PLR and MRR prices
PLR is required on every new course; Personal and MRR are up to you. Choose each price between $1 and $10,000 and see exactly what you earn per sale before you submit.

We sell and market it
After review your course goes live with its own product page and license card. PLR and MRR buyers get the package and a license key automatically. Uthena promotes the catalog to its buyers and can include your course in topic bundles.

Get paid every month
We pay on the 15th of each month, net 45: earnings from sales in January are paid on March 15, and so on. There is nothing to request: the studio shows your next payout date and amount, and every payout with a printable statement.

- In a bundle
- Bundle revenue is split equally over the courses in it, then your royalty applies. One of five courses in a $199 bundle: $39.80 per course, $23.88 to you.
- With a coupon
- A 20% coupon on that $97 license means the buyer pays $77.60; you earn $69.84 when it is your own coupon.
- After a refund
- Buyers can ask for a refund within 7 days; a refunded sale earns no royalty and no bonus. Net 45 lets refunds settle before you are paid.
Your studio, included
No hosting, no checkout, no license keys to manage. The studio covers everything between a finished course and a paid royalty.
Course wizard
Drop your course folder or a .zip and we build the chapters and lessons from your file names. E-books, presentations and worksheets get their own, shorter wizard. Paste your existing course page to fill in the description and what buyers will learn. A completeness check runs before you submit. Live courses stay on sale while an update is reviewed.
Video and file delivery
Lessons stream from our video host; the PLR package reaches buyers through signed download links that expire. Big files upload in parts, so a 20 GB package is no problem.
Promote tools
Your referral link for any page, a share link and share text for every live course, and coupons from 5 to 70% off. Sales you bring in this way earn you 90%.
Earnings and payouts
Royalties and bonuses per course and month, CSV export, your upcoming payouts with their dates, and a printable statement for every payout.
What we ask of you
Buyers resell these courses under their own name, so we only accept courses that can carry that.
- A finished course with high-quality video and materials, or a finished e-book, presentation or worksheet pack.
- You own the course and can prove it.
- You offer it with Private Label Rights and know what buyers may do with them.
- The course files can be downloaded, so PLR buyers receive them in the package.
- A price between $1 and $10,000 per license. Free courses are not allowed.

How much can I earn?
A 60% royalty on every sale of your course, plus a 30% referral bonus when you brought the buyer in yourself: 90% in total, on all three licenses. A $97 PLR sale earns you $58.20 or $87.30. How often a course sells depends on its topic, price and promotion, so we do not promise sales volumes.
Which sales count as sales I bring in?
Sales where the buyer arrives through your referral link (your instructor hub, your share links, any Uthena page with your link) within 30 days, or pays with your instructor coupon. They add the 30% bonus on your own courses in the order. If the buyer clicked another affiliate’s link after yours, the latest click decides; your coupon always counts as yours.
What does “PLR required” mean?
Every new course must be offered with a PLR license: buyers may rebrand, edit and resell it under the Uthena license terms, and they receive the course files, sales copy and a license key. They may not sell it on Uthena, Soofos, Udemy, Skillshare or any other course marketplace they don't own and control. Personal and MRR are optional extras you can switch on in the pricing step.
Do I keep the rights to my course?
Yes. You keep the copyright. Buyers get a license to use or resell the course under the terms of the license they bought; they never get your copyright.
Is it exclusive? Can I sell the course elsewhere?
The Instructor Terms contain no exclusivity clause. You can keep selling the course on your own site or on other platforms.
Who sets the price?
You do, per license, between $1 and $10,000; prices go up the ladder from Personal to PLR to MRR. Topic bundles are priced by Uthena; bundles of only your own courses you price yourself.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly, net 45: everything you earned from sales in January is paid on March 15, February on April 15, and so on, by PayPal to the payout email you set in the studio. You do not have to request anything; each payout comes with a statement you can print or save. A payment dispute resolved against Uthena costs a $15 fee, deducted from earnings.
What happens when a buyer asks for a refund?
Buyers can request a refund within 7 days. A refunded sale earns no royalty, and a partial refund lowers it in proportion. If a refund arrives after you were paid, it is settled with your next payout.
What happens when my course is in a bundle?
Bundle revenue is split equally over the courses in the bundle, then your royalty applies to your share. If a bundle earns $1,000 and 5 of its 10 courses are yours, $500 is the base for your royalty.
Do I also earn affiliate commission?
Yes. Every instructor is also an affiliate: your referral link earns 20% on other instructors’ courses, and on your own courses the 30% bonus on top of your royalty. Royalties, bonuses and commissions are paid together, every month.
Can I update or remove my course?
Yes. Updates to a live course are reviewed while the current version stays on sale. You can request removal at any time; removal is confirmed after one month and pending earnings are held until then.
